Marketing Coordinator: Nevada, IA

• Administering and maintaining company databases of current and potential client contact information. Compiling and submitting this information for various advertising campaigns.
• Assisting in creating and posting social media content promoting the organization and its activities.
• Maintaining inventories and distributing the company’s promotional materials.
• Assisting with the planning, setup, and coordination of company seminars and other promotional events.
• Maintaining and updating the company’s website content.
• At all times promoting and advancing the Hertz brand of being the premier farmland asset professionals.

• Associate’s Degree or above in marketing or communications related fields is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva.
• A creative mindset with an eye for details and professional presentation.
• High level of communication skills that enjoys engaging and interacting with others.
• Continual attention to detail in designing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Agricultural background is beneficial.
