We are a chocolaterie located in Reims, specializing in the creation of chocolates, confections, and gourmet boxes. The company highlights artisanal know-how and wishes to further develop its local and digital visibility to enhance its products and strengthen its customer relationship.

Your main missions:

• Ensure the regular update of the website to showcase new products, collections, and news
• Create and distribute email campaigns to promote offers, events, and highlights of the chocolaterie
• Produce visual materials (flyers, posters, labels, shop supports) in line with the brand image
• Participate in the animation of social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook...) through the creation of videos, stories, and engaging content
• Develop an editorial calendar to pace the publications and highlight the products throughout the seasons
• Manage the Google listing and customer reviews, while participating in the improvement of local SEO
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enrich content and optimize digital communication

Objectives of the position:

Contribute to the development of the website's turnover, increase the visibility of the chocolaterie on social networks, develop the Instagram community, and enrich the content on Tik Tok.
