Marketing Trainee

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to TOP University Marketing Team, with a specific focus on the commercialization of programs at School . This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the global positioning of our programs, from brand awareness to targeted program promotion.

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content to attract potential students. We seek a motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for generating fresh ideas.

• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns to promote School programs.
• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content creation, advertising, and event promotion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, partners, and media to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate efforts across various marketing channels (social media, email, paid media, etc.).
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to improve future strategies.
• Understand audience segments to develop insightful briefs and work closely with creative and production agencies.
• Participate in both online and in-person marketing initiatives within a hybrid environment.
• Apply an iterative and agile approach to ensure marketing objectives are met efficiently.
