Our projects range from TV productions and fictional series to branded formats on platforms like You Tube, Instagram, Twitch, or Tik Tok. We develop and accompany creators on the way to their own personality brand. Our international team of 400 people speaks all languages - from mainstream to subculture, from the Fridays-For-Future movement to K-Pop culture.
You will manage the social media presence of one of the most visible retail and e-commerce brands in Germany. You will not only plan but also develop content with a clear stance: along pop-cultural moments, brand, target group, platform logic, and measurable performance. You will connect organic always-on and campaigns into a consistent social experience that creates relevance and delivers results.
The position is temporarily for one year as a parental leave replacement.
Ownership for editorial planning, publishing, and content orchestration
Strategic planning, control, and implementation of organic social-first content across all relevant platforms
Development of channel- and target group-specific content approaches, from always-on to campaigns
Creation of performance-driven copy (hooks, captions, CTAs)
Continuous analysis of content performance and derivation of specific optimizations
Close cooperation with strategy, creation, account, project management, and production
Active development of the social presence of a brand with high reach and cultural visibility
Qualifications
Several years of experience in social media management on the agency side, ideally with large brand budgets
Sophisticated handling of complex social setups and multiple stakeholders
Deep understanding of platform mechanics, content formats, and communities
Excellent sense for storytelling, trends, communities, and cultural relevance
Experience in editorial planning, content control, and performance optimization
Structured, self-reliant working style with a high standard of quality
