Influencer Campaign Manager

Our projects range from TV productions and fictional series to branded formats on platforms like You Tube, Instagram, Twitch, or Tik Tok. We develop and accompany creators on the path to their own personality brand. Our international team of 400 people speaks all languages - from mainstream to subculture, from the Fridays for Future movement to K-Pop culture.
Are you passionate about influencer marketing and have a sense for trends in fashion, lifestyle, living, and online retail? Then you are in the right place. For one of our clients in the e-commerce environment, we are looking for support in influencer campaign management. In this role, you will accompany exciting campaigns for an established company in online retail and work closely with our team on authentic creator collaborations that effectively bring together brands, products, and target groups.
Responsibilities:
- Advising account management to develop effective strategies together
- Researching influencers of all kinds on Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, and more
- Approaching influencers after consulting the client's preferences
- Creating briefs and contracts as the basis for collaboration with influencers
- Project management: monitoring costs, quality, and timing of content created by influencers
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in media or economics or have already gained relevant experience
- You could spend hours on You Tube, Twitch, Instagram, and more, follow many influencers privately and know your way around the scene - whether in the field of sports, technology, gaming, or lifestyle
- You have at least 2 years of practical experience in (influencer) marketing
- You have experience in conducting projects and/or campaigns
- You have analytical, communicative, and organizational skills
- You speak German and English fluently and preferably also have French skills
- Your performance-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, independence, reflectiveness, and team skills stand out
