Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Alignment Health is a senior care company dedicated to serving seniors, the chronically ill and frail. This full‑time position is located in our Las Vegas office.
GeneralDuties & Responsibilities
- Advertisement
- Distribute appropriate advertisements to local newspaper publications and Chamber events.
- Direct Mail
- Input information and make changes on current templates for flyers and advertisements; edits must be approved by the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain time frames on deadlines for advertisements regarding events.
- Proofreading Marketing Materials
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the creation and proofreading of brochures, flyers, member letters and all pre‑ and post‑enrollment materials.
- Prepare any other information for member distribution (new, current and/or retention efforts).
- Commission
- Calculate and track monthly legacy lives payments to all FMO Agencies and Agents.
- Coordinate information with Finance Department and distribute commission to FMO Agencies and Agents.
- Prepare the monthly commission reports/attestations for the VP of Sales to review and approve.
- Communicate with FMOs for day‑to‑day operations regarding any discrepancies with commission.
- Inventory
- Control, process and track all print material in the Sales and Marketing Department when requested.
- Media
- Maintain a chronological date book of media advertisements, including specific campaigns and co‑branded marketing ads that AHC prints with partners.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or a similar field (preferred: Healthcare marketing experience; related experience in Medicare and Medi‑Cal Managed Care industry).
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education). Preferred: MBA.
- Specialized Skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to work with diverse members, management, employees and vendors.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership; ability to teach and collaborate with others.
- Computer skills:
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and beginner/intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. - Mathematical and problem‑solving skills; ability to perform basic calculations and analyze statistical reports.
- Licensure
- California Driver’s License, DOI State Life Agent license and valid car insurance and registration.
- Other Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Mathematical skills: add and subtract two‑digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s and perform operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
$49,486.00 - $74,228.00, based on location, education, responsibilities, experience.
