Eller Media is a marketing and media agency built on Growth OS — our proprietary operating system for turning brand strategy into consistent, measurable momentum. We don't run scattered tactics. We install a system, run it with discipline, and hold it accountable to real performance.
WHY THIS SEAT EXISTSWe're winning clients faster than most teams our size could deliver. This only works if someone owns the space between what we sold and what gets shipped.
You are the single point of accountability for a client's entire experience with Eller Media. From the moment sales hands them over to the moment they renew.
THE ROLEYou own the client relationship and the delivery promise. Every client should know exactly what they're getting, when it's coming, and why it moves them closer to the thing they actually care about (their North Star). Every internal team should know exactly what to build and by when. Nothing gets lost between the two.
You are not the strategist and you are not the producer. You're the operator who makes sure strategy becomes a calendar, the calendar becomes work, the work becomes results, and the results get told back to the client in a way that makes them glad they hired us.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN The Plan — 30 days out, always- The client content calendar is accurate and populated a minimum of 30 days in advance. No client ever wonders what's coming next.
- Deliverable counts are committed in writing, in advance — video, posts, offers, review ads, iMessage ads. Said plainly: how much are we making, and when does it post?
- Scope changes get logged, priced, and approved before they hit production. Not after.
- You know each client's Northstar cold: the one outcome that defines a winning year and progress for their business.
- For any item on the calendar, you can say how it moves them closer to it. If you can't, it doesn't belong on the calendar.
- The Northstar and our progress against it live on the weekly L10 sheet in that client's Google Drive folder: current, dated, and visible to the whole team.
- You convene the weekly client call and get the right people in it. Ours and theirs.
- You run it toward the business, not toward status: momentum, what's working, what changed on their side, and the organic opportunities we should be creating against.
- Notes, decisions, and next actions land in the Drive folder the same day. This is the responsibility of the Account Manager.
- You hold standing visibility into client outcomes: a dashboard showing lead and sales activity, or CRM access where the client reports revenue and closed business.
- Getting and keeping that access is part of the job, not a nice-to-have. A client we can't measure is a client we're about to lose.
- You know performance before the client does — and you raise a downturn early rather than explaining it late.
- Phase one: the monthly budget goes out for pre‑approval — the Growth OS fee plus any recommended ad spends or incremental costs for the month.
- Phase two: those approved details land on the invoice, accurately, and the client confirms.
- You own the full cycle and you're comfortable having a direct money conversation without flinching — including the follow‑up when approval is late.
- You work with sales to confirm that what was sold and contracted is what's being built. Discrepancies surface in week one, not month three.
- You drive onboarding: logos, brand assets, photography, platform access, approvals — everything production needs to start clean.
- Drive folder structure gets used…
