We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team located in Norway, Iowa . In this role, you will assist in a variety of marketing activities to support the Frontier brand with an emphasis on the Bulk business. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to grow within brand marketing and has the capability to develop into broader brand marketing responsibilities.

• Executes Frontier brand emails, website updates, and related marketing deliverables in close collaboration with the Brand team
• Supports the development and planning of brand - driven marketing initiatives and is responsible for executing activities that drive growth and business objectives
• Executes Frontier Bulk in - store marketing initiatives with direction and partnership from the Brand team
• Coordinates the mailing of product and marketing materials to support a wide range of brand
  -led initiatives
• D rafts and reviews monthly Bulk catalog content with strategic guidance and collaboration from the Brand team
• Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical
• Always works safely, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training
• Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action
• Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company.

Ability to use a computer to create customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data. Ability to analyze data and basic financial documents and apply information to make decisions.
