Britt Free Church in Britt, IA, is searching for a Senior Pastor who will lead the church in fulfilling its mission. The role requires a pastor with a passion for smaller-community ministry and an outward Gospel focus. The Senior Pastor will engage with the community, shepherd the congregation, and oversee worship and administration.
The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a BA or MDIV from an accredited Evangelical University or Seminary.
