Regional Field Manager - LIBRE, Las Vegas

The LIBRE Initiative works to advance public policy solutions that create freedom and opportunity for all.

As a Regional Field Manager (internally referred to as a Grassroots Engagement Director) you will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders across Las Vegas and mobilize them to take action and drive policy reforms that open opportunities.

• Identify activists across the state who could become leaders in their local communities and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip these leaders to advocate for changes aligned with LIBRE’s principles, connecting them to training and resources.
• Organize events such as phone calls, social media outreach, and neighborhood walks to educate people on public policy issues and initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring time management, compliance, and best practices.

• Passion for people and the ability to build relationships quickly with diverse communities.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self‑motivation and an efficient use of time to accomplish objectives.
• Strong organization skills to keep multiple events and activities on track.
• Team collaboration skills with LIBRE staff and activists.
• Excitement to canvass neighborhoods, make phone calls, and coordinate volunteers for LIBRE and AFP initiatives.
• A valid driver’s license for travel within and beyond the state.
• Willingness to work a flexible, changing schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together’s vision and steward the culture of transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organization, or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year. The role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation aligned with overall contribution.
