Kalona Mennonite Church in Kalona, IA is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to join our family-oriented congregation. You will preach about half the time and work closely with the lead pastor to plan worship themes and ordinances, and to conduct special services.
You will participate in baptisms, weddings, and other ceremonies, collaborate with Elders, and provide leadership and resources to lay leaders. The role includes joining the Board of Elders and ongoing spiritual growth.
