Our pediatric nurses make it possible for patients to receive the care they need where they’re most comfortable – in their homes.

• Ped Nurses provide skilled nursing care to pediatric-young adult patients with special health care needs for shifts of time in the patient’s home.
• Perform prescribed activities directed under the patient’s physician’s care which may include: patient assessments, feedings, respiratory system management, medication administration, activities of daily living, and therapy programs.
• Assist in care coordination with care team. May be responsible for transportation of patient.

• Graduate of State Board approved program for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurse and valid license as LPN or RN.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Maintaining an acceptable driving record (e.g., no OWI convictions in last 7 years or no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years). An unacceptable driving record may result in suspension, termination or transfer to another position not requiring driving.
• Ability to work as a collaborative team member.
• CPR:
  Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with re-certification.
