Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

About the Position

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Grandview Healthcare Center in Oelwein, Iowa. This role offers flexible scheduling across all shifts and a weekend package option for both full‑time and part‑time positions.

As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include:

• Providing medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
• Conducting resident assessments.
• Acting as a team leader and advocate for residents.
• Ensuring residents receive high‑standard care and remain comfortable and safe.

Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
