NBCRNA - Required Active IA license - Highly Preferred Local candidates - Highly Preferred Clean malpractice/background - Highly Preferred BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR, DEA - Required Comfortable with all Scopes of Practice - Required Comfortable working independently - Required Provider must be vaccinated for Covid-19 - Required Certification Requirements:
