• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report appropriately.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain educational standards.
• Provide high‑standard care, ensuring residents are comfortable and safe.

• State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or equivalent.
• Certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
