Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will:

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Serve as a team leader.
• Advocate for residents.
• Provide knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.
