Franklin General Hospital and Franklin Country View Long Term Care is a rural facility with:

• 25 acute care beds
• A primary care clinic
• A 52‑bed nursing facility, average census is 36
  • non‑skilled care
  • patient to resident ratio is 1:10

• Provide individualized physical, emotional, and social support
• Assist with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Record vital signs, weights, and assist with specimen collection
• Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses
• Be a trusted, compassionate presence in the lives of our patients and residents

• Current CNA license in the State of Iowa
• Ability to perform physical tasks typical of CNA work
• A passion for nursing and patient care
• Previous experience preferred, but not required

This is a full‑time and/or part‑time position available for the 2nd shift, 2 pm to 10:30 pm.

• PRN, as needed—Flexible shifts to meet department needs
• Full‑time:
  Monday to Friday, 8 hr days
• Part‑time: 32 hrs a week, rotating weekends
