Pay: $25.50–$29.00/hr (based on experience) + shift differential

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time | 12-Hour Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor and report changes in condition

Support CNAs and collaborate with the care team

Maintain documentation and compliance

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Strong clinical and communication skills
