Requirements
- Current Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years acute care experience
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate total nursing care for medical-surgical patients.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Administer medications and intravenous solutions skillfully and accurately.
- Prioritize workload and modify nursing care based on patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
- Support and enforce infection control policies and procedures.

Compliance / Notes
- Attend meetings and in-service training as required.
- Displays concern and initiative while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers, patients, and visitors.
