Shift Availability

1st shift full‑time
2nd shift full‑time or part‑time with $2/hr shift differential
3rd shift full‑time or part‑time with $1/hr shift differential
PRN (on‑call)
8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hr shifts available to meet your preferences

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Colonial Manor of Elma. As a CNA, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high standard care by performing activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.

Applicants must have a State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa accredited program. Prior CNA experience is preferable.
