Country Lane Manor is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We offer newly negotiated pay rates, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Full Time 6a-6p/6p-6a

• PRN

• New Competitive Pay Rates – Up to $35/hour

• Shift Differentials:

  • Evenings: +$4.00/hour

  • Nights: +$2.00/hour

  • Weekends: +$3.00/hour

• Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition

• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other clinical tasks

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents

• Active LPN license in the State of Iowa

• Ability to pass required background check and drug screening

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
