Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status
  • Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
  • Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Knowledge of long‑term care and skilled nursing regulations preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑focused approach to care
