Registered Nurse (RN)– Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Support daily clinical operations while ensuring resident safety and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of long‑term care and skilled nursing regulations preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑focused approach to care
