What You’ll Do
- Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to residents
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well‑being
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
- Implement and evaluate care interventions
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
