Shift Schedule

• 6p-6a Part Time – Two shifts per week with no weekend rotation.
• 6a-6p Full Time – Three shifts per week including every third weekend rotation.
• Weekend Package 6a-6p Part Time – Weekend coverage based on a part‑time schedule.

We are currently searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at the Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon. As an LPN, you will be the backbone of our Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect.

• Administer medication and nursing care according to individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well‑being.

• Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
