What Will You Do in This Role?As a Travel Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will administer and manage nursing services to residents, supervise nursing staff 24 hours, ensure quality standards of care, and assume center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
Do You Have What It Takes?- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where you practice
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Two years of experience in a DON role required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
