Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (assistance available after hire)
• Valid TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Previously preferred to have six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation for patient visits
• Compliance with all relevant health‑related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons as applicable
