• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents with the highest quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
