Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN Chronic In-center

The Dialysis Registered Nurse position is for our Forsyth Clinic, located at 191 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Forsyth, GA 31029.

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during dialysis sessions.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Support interdisciplinary team by providing assessment and care planning activities.
• Ensure center staffing requirements are met under the Administrator’s direction and in accordance with state regulations for staffing ratios.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, state and federal laws, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Preferred: one or more years of current nursing experience.
• Preferred: previous dialysis nursing experience.
