Part-Time Overnight Shift | Every Other Weekend Required | Rotating On-Call

• $35 - $50 per hour based on experience.
• Additional weekend differential pay.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource and leader during overnight hours.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and intervene appropriately.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and care updates.
• Support caregivers and provide clinical guidance when needed.
• Communicate effectively with providers, families, and members of the care team.
• Respond confidently to urgent situations and changing resident needs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and reassuring environment throughout the community.

• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under pressure.
• Passion for senior care and resident‑centered outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Desire to be a trusted leader and mentor for overnight staff.

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in Acute Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long‑Term Care, Rehabilitation
  , or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading overnight operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
