Job Title: ARNP – Emergency Department
Location: Elma, WA
We’re looking for a skilled and confident Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a fast‑paced Emergency Department in Elma, WA. Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Active Washington ARNP license
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 3 year of Emergency Department experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Flexible scheduling (day/night shifts available)
