Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensure clinical outcomes, collaborate with team, document care electronically, follow clinical protocols.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); company may assist after hire.
- Current TB skin test (within last 12 months).
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
