Your daily missions:

Within our Health Benefits team composed of around twenty managers at our Bezannes (51) site, you will manage reimbursements and support our members in their procedures.

In this role, you will:

Analyze reimbursement requests and determine the amounts of health care expenses to be paid in accordance with contractual guarantees;

Process benefits related to routine care, medical fees, fixed hospitalization fees, optical care, dental care, and alternative medicine;

Inform and support members about their coverage and reimbursements;

Enter, follow up on files, and transfer benefits in our management system;

Check documents and ensure the compliance of the treated files;

Actively participate in the quality of service and satisfaction of our members.
