Location: Hampton
Rehabilitation Center of Hampton is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team on 2nd or 3rd shift with flexible 8- or 12-hour scheduling. Full-time with rotating weekends and a Weekend Package option, plus PRN availability, are offered.
You will support residents with medications and nursing care per care plans, perform assessments, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment while documenting accurately.
