Applicants must have an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable.

As an LPN, you support the Clinical Department by ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by each resident’s care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for resident safety and comfort. Your role includes maintaining accurate documentation and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents.
