The Hospital Service Agent (ASH) contributes to the well-being, comfort, and quality of life of residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, they participate in the maintenance of premises, the support of residents in daily life activities, and the quality of their environment.
In collaboration with nursing assistants, nurses, and all professionals in the establishment, the ASH ensures to offer a pleasant, safe, and respectful living environment for each resident. They also participate in the implementation of the Personalized Resident Project (PPR) and contribute to the prevention of infections associated with care.
Your Missions- Ensure the maintenance of rooms, common areas, and the environment of residents in compliance with hygiene protocols.
- Participate in hotel activities: laundry management, assistance in meal service, and maintenance of living spaces.
- Contribute to the comfort, well-being, and safety of residents on a daily basis.
- Accompany residents on certain trips and promote their autonomy.
- Participate, in collaboration with nursing assistants and nurses, in certain nursing activities according to the organization of the service.
- Participate in the welcome of new residents and maintain a benevolent communication with families and relatives.
- Ensure the traceability of activities carried out and participate in written and oral transmissions.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, manage certain stocks, and report any malfunctions.
- Participate in the life of the establishment, in animations, and in the continuous improvement initiatives of quality.
- The position is accessible without a mandatory diploma.
- Training such as DEAVS, BEP Careers in Health and Social Services, or any experience with the elderly is a real asset.
- A first experience in nursing homes, long-term care facilities, or in the health and social sector is appreciated. Skills
