Registered Nurse (RN) / Preceptor – Long Term Acute Care
LocationSelect Specialty Hospital – Morgantown (inside Mon Health, 4th floor) – Granville, West Virginia
Schedule6:00 – 6:30 shift, days or nights available.
Compensation- Up to $48.00 per hour
- Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000
Provide world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses play a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment through all phases of patient care.
Responsibilities- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Document timely and accurately using appropriate systems
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events
- Instruct and counsel patients and families
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License; BLS required at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications: Clinical experience.
