• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide patient care in accordance with long‑term care protocols.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
• Record vital signs and administer medications.

• Active RN License (or LPN License).
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in a long‑term care setting.
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility.
