Hours:
Monday–Tuesday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Wednesday–Friday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Are you a collaborative leader who enjoys building strong teams and improving operations? Grundy Family Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations and help create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with providers, staff, and organizational leadership to ensure efficient workflows, strong team engagement, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities- Lead daily clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinic team members
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between providers, staff, and leadership
- Coach, mentor, and support employee performance while promoting accountability and engagement
- Monitor operational and financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and productivity metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and accreditation requirements
- Maintain clinic readiness by supporting policy updates, staff education, and quality initiatives
- Champion a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service, innovation, and continuous learning
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required OR a combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- At least 2 years leadership/administration experience with a strong clinical background in compliance and regulation.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including billing and collections, with ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT coding.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
