Position

Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Cumming, GA. 12‑week assignment, 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Duration: 12 weeks.

Shift: 12 hours per night.

Employment Type:

Travel.

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting adverse reactions.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpreting and recording electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment indicates adverse symptomatology.

Stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean, and stoop with ease; lift up to 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds when moving patients. Manage stress in a fast‑paced environment and interact with patients and families of all ages and backgrounds.

• Registered Nurse, current license in Georgia.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certification or two years of experience; additional certifications may be required before assignment.
