As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• C.P.R. Certification
• Two (2) years of R.N. experience
• Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
