Unit notes: 50 mile radius rule-will use driver's license as proof of address Fingernail policy:
Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care-refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract Interview only with facility, no clinical involvement Must wait 12 months to apply as a traveler with Common Spirit Health if worked perm or prn Swing RN for critical access ED experience preferred not required BLS, PALS, TNCC preferred 12 hr nights, shifts are 6:30pm-7am, days vary, E/O weekend
