Location: Stratford
Stratford Specialty Care in Stratford, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 53-bed skilled nursing community. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, 6pm–6am, with competitive hourly pay and shift differential.
The RN will provide direct nursing care, support daily operations, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to ensure high-quality care and safety while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.
