Night Shift, 7pm-7am.

Every 3rd weekend/ rotating holidays.

As a House Supervisor you will direct the functions and activities of the nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Our team members will count on you to provide direction and leadership.

• Supervise and accept responsibility for entire operation of hospital during absence of administrative staff.
• Adjust staffing to meet needs and to provide adequate coverage of unit.
• Provide direct patient care when needed.
• Cross train to OB, ER and Med/Surg to provide support to units during shift.

• 2 years of nursing experience.
• Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing with current Iowa RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certified or obtained within 6 months of hire.
