Night Shift, 7pm-7am.
Every 3rd weekend/ rotating holidays.
Position ResponsibilitiesAs a House Supervisor you will direct the functions and activities of the nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Our team members will count on you to provide direction and leadership.
- Supervise and accept responsibility for entire operation of hospital during absence of administrative staff.
- Adjust staffing to meet needs and to provide adequate coverage of unit.
- Provide direct patient care when needed.
- Cross train to OB, ER and Med/Surg to provide support to units during shift.
- 2 years of nursing experience.
- Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing with current Iowa RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certified or obtained within 6 months of hire.
