We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cornerstone Services' Caring Acres Nursing and Rehab in Anita, Iowa. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in people’s lives. The RN will be responsible for direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring that residents receive individualized, compassionate care.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the supervisor or physician.
• Assist with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Support residents with continence issues and provide assistance with medication management.
• Participate in professionally supervised therapy programs and on-site therapy services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
