Care Initiatives’ La Porte City Specialty Care is hiring a Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time Weekend Package Days (Fri, Sat, Sun, 5:30AM–1:30PM) in a 46-bed skilled nursing community in La Porte City, IA.
You’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to ensure safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance. An Iowa RN license and CPR are required; weekend differential is offered.
