ResponsibilitiesProvide theory-based, outcome-driven care for patients recovering from cardiac events, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & SkillsAssociate degree in Nursing, current Iowa RN license, BLS certification, and Mandatory Reporter status. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in patient care and disease management, with skills in cardio/pulmonary assessment and ECG interpretation.
Key DutiesDeliver personalized cardiac rehabilitation services, contribute to patient recovery, and support community health. Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards. Engage in a team-oriented healthcare environment dedicated to excellence and compassionate, person-centered care.
