Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

RN – Nursing

Schedule:

36/48 hours every other weekend; potential for overtime

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) required
• Relevant nursing certifications preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor patients' conditions and record observations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation and training may be required
• Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory
