Good Samaritan Society - 201 Hall Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper transfer techniques; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Participate in food preparation and dining activities to create a positive dining experience; assist residents with meals and fluids.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse; collect non-invasive specimens; perform housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
