Location: Cherokee
Cherokee Regional Medical Center (Cherokee Regional) is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as part-time to full-time. The RN will manage home health patients, coordinate care with the physician and interdisciplinary team, and provide skilled nursing services in the home setting.
Responsibilities include documenting visits, educating patients and families, and participating in IDT meetings.
