This hospital provides comprehensive surgical services under an autonomous CRNA practice model, supporting a broad case mix that includes general surgery, obstetric services, orthopedics, and various specialty procedures. The facility handles approximately 2,100 surgical procedures per year and maintains established perioperative protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address an urgent staffing need within the Anesthesia Department for the week of July 27 - 31.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Iowa, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 6:30 - 6:45 AM and an end time of 3:00 - 3:30 PM. The surgical case mix includes general, bread and butter, OB (including epidurals), orthopedic, cataract, colonoscopy, endoscopy, GYN, ENT, and pediatric procedures;

clinicians must be comfortable with pediatric patients over 18 months and must hold current and active OB experience. Weekly case volume is approximately 30 - 35 cases. Call coverage includes weekday in-house call and weekend call; call is not required during the week of July 27 - 31.
